CJC-1295 DAC

Investigational Long-Acting GHRH Analogue

Overview

CJC-1295 DAC is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) studied for prolonged activity through modification with a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC).

Current research examines GHRH receptor signaling, growth hormone and IGF-1–related pathways, endocrine signaling, pharmacokinetic behavior, and associated physiological mechanisms.

Research Focus

  • GHRH receptor signaling

  • Growth hormone–related pathways

  • GH / IGF-1 axis research

  • Endocrine signaling mechanisms

  • Peptide pharmacokinetic research
