Quality Claims
To submit a quality-related claim, please contact us at info@izabiosciences.com and provide your order information and a copy of the independent laboratory report. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to review the claim.

Returns
For product integrity and quality-control reasons, please contact us before returning any product. Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the shipment so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
